With ADHD, "now" can become your whole identity.

A hard day feels like:

  • you're always behind
  • you never follow through
  • none of your past progress counts

Even when there's years of evidence otherwise.

Lately I've been asking:

  • Is this really a glass ball?
  • Or is it a bouncy ball in disguise?

Because not everything urgent deserves your best attention.

And not every hard moment deserves to become your identity.
