With ADHD, "now" can become your whole identity.
A hard day feels like:
- you're always behind
- you never follow through
- none of your past progress counts
Even when there's years of evidence otherwise.
Lately I've been asking:
- Is this really a glass ball?
- Or is it a bouncy ball in disguise?
Because not everything urgent deserves your best attention.
And not every hard moment deserves to become your identity.
Protect your glass. Let the rest bounce.
